Our companies under the umbrella of ABALIOĞLU HOLDING A.Ş. are required to achieve a “system”-based management which is based on personal skills and also open to innovations and advancements. Here, system refers to use of sources in hand scientifically to get results in every single unit and integration of all our activities considering the Holding integrity.
From this point of view, we will continue to review all our decisions, workflows and working habits and maintain those which are consistent with the Group interests and change or reform non-consistent ones in future years as we have been doing since 1998.
Organizations of the holding and our companies are intended to be “Learning and self-managing and plain-flexible organizations”. If we define the smallest unit in our companies as personnel, our main target is that all personnel improve and manage their duty by learning. Training programs required for this purpose will be planned based on personal development and all units will be encouraged to attend.
Bureaucracy will be kept at a required and useful level in the HOLDING companies. This is because to ensure that decision-making mechanisms work efficiently and effectively.
While doing all these, team work will be one of the most important methods to be applied. We intend to form groups that support each other with unity and solidarity spirit and gives first priority to the Group’s interests. However, this approach should not prevent competition which is the foundation of creativity. The highest responsibility in achieving this target falls to our managers in our companies.
For Learning Organization, each personnel employed in our companies should develop themselves with trainings. For a worker to promote, he/she should ensure his/her subordinates are learning and developing themselves. This is the requirement to get to promote.
Delegation of authority is required for success of our plain and flexible organization approach. A manager’s basic duty is to perform his/her job, delegate tasks and instruct, monitor and control his/her subordinates.
To be successful and ensure objectivity in measurement, our company and workers should follow the “target-oriented management” principle. For this, we should take planned and budgeted actions. While making our plans that will make us reach our targets, we should adopt a style based on scientific facts at an acceptable level and avoiding instinctive figures. By this, we aim to achieve our targets.
Another important point in our management policy is “Total Quality Approach”. Based on this approach, we want to ensure customer satisfaction with a participative and effective management approach.
Besides, all our employees are “liable for look after interests of the Group and the company they are working for”. No one’s or department’s interests can have more priority. Our Group’s interest is the interest of our companies at the same time.
In general, we can define the management approach of our companies as a learning, self-managing, plain-flexible and effective management style managed according to targets and systemic methods with a flexible-plain organization structure which is based on the “Human First” philosophy and has adopted the Total Quality culture. This approach also indicates that we adopt a management style where workers are developed through continuous trainings based on participative, creative, innovative, planned-budgeted personal development planning and work as teams and believe in the priority of product and service quality.
