The Abalıoğlu Holding fulfills the legal requirements for health and safety of all its workers, takes necessary measures required to prevent any health or safety risk against personnel, and support training opportunities and development of its personnel and ensure occupational health and safety.

Workers have freedom of thought and belief and no one suffers discrimination because of their language, religion, race, sex, social class, age or association membership.

Work hours are arranged as set forth by law, no regular overwork is implemented and workers have one-day leave per week. 

Wages policy depends on knowledge and skills of our employees and there is no payment below minimum wage. 

The management listens to requests and complaints of all employees. Employees inform the management of their requests and complaints and then the management analyzes and concludes such requests or complaints. 

 

We do not work to increase life quality of ours only but also people around us and these efforts are continuously improved. 

We participate in social projects at our own choice. We are volunteers spending time, energy and money for social projects. Our main target is to raise awareness of the public in the issues that are to contribute to people’s life quality and lead the society in this respect.
