Abalıoğlu Holding Management undertakes to provide the necessary resources for the establishment, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of ISMS in order to achieve this goal.

The concept of security consists of 3 components, namely confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and a security weakness in any of these main components may have a serious impact on the integrity and reputation of Abalıoğlu Holding's business activities.

Regardless of their duty and position, all Abalıoğlu Holding employees and suppliers must comply with relevant legal regulations, policies, procedures, and regulations, limit risks and work within the framework of established good practices.

As Abalıoğlu Holding Management, we are committed to providing support to all ISMS processes in order:

• To raise awareness by providing Information Security Management training to all personnel;
• To ensure the continuity of the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System (confidentiality, integrity and accessibility) in all activities we carry out;
• To prepare, maintain and carry out business continuity plans;
• To identify existing risks by making periodic evaluations on information security, to review and follow up action plans as a result of the evaluations; and
• To prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.
