Abalioglu Group’s Ethical Principles and Values have been put in writing to guide our coworkers in their decisions and behaviors while fulfilling their duties. 

All Abalioglu Group employees are expected to protect and improve the prestige of the Abalioglu name and the reliability of the Abalioglu Group's corporate structure with attitudes and behaviors that will ensure the cultural integrity of the Group.

Our understanding of ethical principles is summarized below; 

* We act in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in every business operation, both in Turkey and abroad. 

*We adhere to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the fundamental principles of the Constitution.

We show that we adopt these principles in all our operations. 

*We believe in the principle of the rule of law; we abide by the law; we believe that any kinds of corruption must be fought and we never make a compromise about this. 

*We only process, store and transfer personal data that must we obtained from customers, suppliers, employees and other third parties to provide the best service and product, and  to the extent permitted by legal regulations. 

* Accuracy, honesty and fairness are our primary values in all our business processes and relationships. 

*Except for trade secrets and information that has not yet been disclosed to the public, we ensure that financial and non-financial information is disclosed to the public in a timely, accurate, complete, clear, understandable, interpretable, comparable and easily accessible manner. 

*Our shareholders, customers, employees and all other stakeholders rely on us for our professional competence and integrity. We take care to maintain this reputation at the highest level and to represent the "Abalioglu" brand well. 

*We treat all our stakeholders equally regardless of race, religion, language, nationality and gender. 

*We protect the rights and interests of our shareholders even when there is no legal obligations. 

*We make our decisions in line with the goal of creating value for our shareholders by prioritizing sustainability and the economic criteria. 

*Our customers, the benefactor and solution partners of us, are our priority and value. We aim to win together, aim for mutual trust and satisfaction, and take their opinions and suggestions into consideration. 

*We respect and protect the rights of our suppliers under applicable laws and regulations. 

*While conducting our relations with all our competitors, we remain loyal to the principles of our business principles. We do not allow our operations to lead to unfair competition. We do not tolerate those who engage in such activities. 

*We are volunteers who spend time, energy and financial resources on social projects. Our main goal is to raise public awareness on issues that will contribute to people's quality of life and to lead society accordingly.

 *We carry out our studies regarding education, culture, nature, environment and social solidarity institutionally through the associations and foundations we have established. We believe that education is very important for humanity and we work to raise the level of education of the young population of our country. 

*We expect our employees to put the interests of the company above their own interests. Our employees may not use their title, position and corporate information to gain profit for themselves or their relatives. 

*Employees may not directly or indirectly derive personal gain from the activities of the organization and all transactions and contracts to which they are a party. 

*It is the common responsibility of all our subsidiaries and employees to ensure the effective use of the information owned by the organization, to share it correctly and to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of the information in this process. 

*Confidential information cannot be disclosed to third parties unless it is mandatory to disclose it pursuant to the judicial decisions and regulations. While performing their duties, employees may not exceed their authority and make statements binding the organization, and may not make misleading and untrue statements. If the issue is beyond the authority and knowledge of the employee, he/she directs it to the relevant unit or personnel. The persons who will make statements on behalf of the organization are determined by the management. 

*We do not compromise on occupational health and safety. Neither product cost nor production increase is more important than these issues. 

*All necessary measures are taken to ensure the best possible protection against health and safety risks in the workplaces of the organization. 

*Policies are developed to reduce risks and the results obtained are checked according to the applicable standards to ensure that these safety measures are properly implemented. 

*Human beings are our most valuable resource. In this context, we respect and value all rights of our employees. 

*Respect for people requires pluralism, acceptance of other cultures and people of all ethnic backgrounds. Respect for people means being ready to listen to the other person, to evaluate their suggestions, to inform, to explain and to establish a dialog. In this regard, we do not discriminate our employees based on their ethnic identity, religion, language, race, color, gender, etc. We act without prejudice and tolerance. We believe in the dignity of every human being. We consider both verbal and physical violence and sexual harassment as unacceptable behaviors.

We have come to these days with the common values of the Abalioglu Group that we have internalized since our founder Cafer Sadik Abalioglu started his business life in 1941. 

In 2007, we signed the United Nations Global Compact that aims to solve global problems and protect common human values in business life, which overlaps with all these principles and values we have adopted.
